The room was beautiful, quiet after a switch due to noise. The staff took time to help find a suitable space for my stay. Enjoyed the city views from the rooftop, but it felt reserved.

Good home base for 4 nights in Chicago, comfortable hotel. King room with blackout curtains, bathroom, for instance. A wide array of appetising food for meals. The location amazing and excellant in the middle of the city. And adjacent to the amazing restaurants, the West Loop and coffee shops...

great stay but noisy weekends
We appreciated the attentive service when we requested a quieter room. The staff found us a beautiful room on the pickleball side, a lot more peaceful.
The weekend noise level was quite high due to a local festival.

Serene Stay with Fantastic Service
A two-night getaway filled with very nice hospitality! The rooftop dining experience was so good, while the peaceful atmosphere made unwinding easy. Nico at the front desk treated us like family. For a good meal, don't miss the innovative dishes on the rooftop. Perfect for couples!

missingWrote a review on 15 Augnice steam room
It was just a well-suited match for a quick trip in Chicago with great value for the money. The steam room was nice, even if a bit small. Check if the rooftop is open before going.

missingWrote a review on 14 Juldisappointing rooftop
The rooftop area turned out to be a letdown. Despite the great views, it felt overly reserved for the restaurant, and the initial noise from weekend activities was disruptive enough to necessitate a room change. Regarding dining, the prices for food and drinks felt steep, and the service at peak times suffered from delays that could sour the experience. I faced a lack of communication around rooftop access, which left me feeling misled and frustrated .
